DO NOT BUY from Incredible Connection - Big ***** - paid for laptop got monitor they ignore you...

Incredible Connection's slogan... How can we make tech easy for you? They just make the Tech extremely difficult for me.

I ordered online for an Acer laptop this Black Friday 2018, then they delivered a DELL Monitor instead. I've reported this on the same day, but all they tell you is we will let you know, when you call or communicate with on online they just tell me they will escalate this....

My strong recommendation is DO NOT buy from Incredible connection online, as they do not care about you after you paid them, and in my case, they send me a "cheaper item" and now ignoring me for more than a week now.... this is a big *****....

If ever Incredible Management is reading this, you should be ashamed for your e-commerce team and tech support team.
