Do not buy from Incredible Connection

Don’t buy from there. My TV is less than a year old, reported it & no one has called me back after they said they would in 24 hours over a week ago. Not surprised cos I once had an issue with my laptop, still under warranty. They kept it for 3 months, was promised a new one in writing but that never happened. The head office is useless
