Do not buy from incredible conenction

I purchased a new iPhone from the online store... it arrived and it did not work ,we took to the sandton city store , where they too were NOT sure what the problem is!! The sound doesn't work , the phone cant download apps etc. I returned the phone to the store for a refund , and NO one contacted me regarding the refund , I have had to reach out daily via their online chat as NO one answers the phones or email! I still have not confirmation of my refund or ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! never again!
