Do NOT buy Christmas presents: Terrible return policy

Christmas 2024 notice: I advise you DO NOT buy any Christmas gifts from Incredible connection. They have a terrible returns policy in which they do not exchange faulty gifts after 14 days.

This means you can buy a present mid December, have it wrapped under the tree, and by the time the public holidays are over the product is no longer refundable/legible for exchanges. This goes against the consumer protection act.
