Dissatisfied

<p>Today I went to incredible connections pavilion westville in Durban to purchase a television then discovered that they do allow laybyes on their products. I then requested to do a laybye for the Tv to my surprise they tell me that their laybye system is not working which didn't make sense then she advise me to purchase a gift card and put money in it until it is sufficient for the TV which I thought its such a stupid idea cause the whole point of taking the laybye is to make sure my product is kept for me instore until I pay the full amount. My question is why advertise falsely and say you'll do laybyes when you'll know you don't. And worse their service sucks I had to wait more than 15 min to get that stupid answer. </p>
