Dissatisfaction & poor client service received at Incredible Connection N1 City

I just want to share my frustrating/horrible experience with Incredible Connection, N1 City Store so you don't fall into the same trap and end up losing money like I did. I recently bought a Media Box from Incredible Connection N1 City Store, and it didn't meet my expectations. When I tried to return it the following day for a refund, I was shocked to be charged 15% handling fee! Why should customers be penalized for returning a product that does not meet one's expectation, especially if it's in perfect condition? This kind of policy feels unfair and discourages trust in the brand and further business with Incredible Connection N1 City. People, be aware before parting with your hard-earned money as this store will penalize you for returning goods or requesting a full refund. Before doing business with them enquire about their return policy and if you stand to lose money when returning an item, walk away and shop somewhere else where customer service takes preference. Please share with your contacts and make people aware of this unfair treatment. You have worked hard for your money and it's unacceptable for someone else just to take it from you.
