Dissapointing service

This is for the store in Paarl. Their swrvice is horrible I phoned on the Thursday asking for a quote for some item that is urgently needed for my insurance. By Friday evening I still have not hear a word about this and I have sent 2 emails at that point.

I phoned another branch and just after 9am the next morning I had the information.

It is a week later and I have not heard a word from the sales team at Paarl mall that is horribe
