Disregard for item kept

Staff kept a phone aside for me at Cavendish and advised I'm coming back on Monday to fetch it even though it had my name on it they still sold it the last one in the store. At least they sent someone to another branch to fetch the same phone but I still lost an hour and a half in time and inconvenience. Omar was a great help in the beginning pity his colleagues arnt as good!
