Dispicable connection

On Wednesday I visited Incredible Connection Sandton City to buy the top of the range 27 inch touch screen all in one Lenovo 700 personal computer. I requested addional RAM be added which they advised would only be available by Friday. On Friday I called to arrange collection to be told the two staff members I was dealing with were not in. I then called Saturday morning and was again told that neither were in. No one seemed to know anythjng about this order but after some time the manager called back to say it would be ready by 11.30 for collection. I was there at 11.20 and was told it was not ready and that the person attending to it was not there AGAIN!!! This was the same person I dealt with on Wednesday. I waited for a while and when there was no real interest by anyone to deal with this purchase including the manager I left and will definitely not go back. Clearly Incredible Connection are not interested in make this big sale. I reiterate this is not the run of the mill PC and I would have thought they would jump at making this sizable sale. I will contact Lenovo directly after the long weekend to find out who else sells this fantastic computer.
