Disorganized Organization

My order was partially delivered without any notification from the service providers of their imminent arrival and am still awaiting the completion of the delivery. Upon enquiring on the status of the outstanding items, I received no response to two emails and two telephone calls. Please don't promise high standards when you unable to provide the basic service.
