Dishonorable service

Pathetic online shopping

Firstly we purchased am item that was on special online and one month later still no tracking number and no contact from anyone so I decide to call... they logged a complaint for someone to call be back and the next day they emailed and said they donot have stock and will then refund... how does a huge company like thos not have the correct stock control procedures in place ????? And no contact until I contacted them??? And so how weird is it that suddenly there is no stock of a sale item which I requested them not to refund but to find me the product and a week has gone by and still no contact ....
