DISHONESTY, POOR SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered a gift for a family member and were promised delivery after 2 to 5 working days. On day 7 (working days) we followed up as we still hadn't heard anything regarding delivery. They said they would escalate. Today is day 9 and we follow up and we get told that they are out of stock of the product and need to source another one!? How do you take our money when you don't even have the product in stock???? DISGUSTING!!!! By the way, all correspondence has been via their online chat since no one answers the phone at their offices. Honestly the most disgusting service. And DISHONEST. I now see why people call them incredible *******ion.
