Dishonesty in retail outlets

I went to the incredible store Jubilee Mall on 31-12-2025 just before 15:00 in the afternoon

Saw one of those Bluetooth speakers Mini Mamba 2.0

I was helped by Nthabiseng Ringane cashier ***

I specifically asked her to activate a plus more loyalty card

She took my detail s and said she did.

After paying i noticed the slip said Customer Tsholofelo Sithole I asked and she just brushed me off. Receipt 5720

I explained to her that if there were warranty issues it migt cause unnecessary complications to me …..

None the less i left the store disappointed 😢 at how dishonest people have become
