Dishonesty and terrible customer service

If I could give less than one star I would!

After I had an item in my basket for R9999 the dishonest company removed it and now you are trying to sell it to me for R8000 more! This is ********* and *******. I have screen shots of this and they still try to ***** from you!

I had it in the basket for 3 days (as I was waiting for a reply from them regarding a question and they never responded) and eventually decided on Friday (5 days later) they are not replying so I went to the store, when I wanted to show them the item in question (in my basket) it was removed. If I never contacted them wanting advice I would have already paid for it on the Monday, but I needed expert advice and trusted them to provide it and they never did.

I called them various times and they hung up on me, they did not respond to chat, messenger or email. After not giving up on contacting them (and in the process wasting countless hours) they said they acknowledge that I had the item in my basket and they know I could have bought it for R9 999 but they can now sell it to me for R17 500 (I had it for R9 999). They said they will rectify and salvage the situation but all they did was load the price!

Now as before they block me and ignore me. I have looked through their page and seems like everyone is unhappy. Very disappointed that this is what they offer to South Africa
