Dishonest, takes your money but doesn't deliver as promised

Worst online shopping experience ever! Paid for my online order, delivery 2 - 5 days (this is is day 5). Please tell me why delivery from their warehouse in Pretoria would take 5+ days to be be delivered to an address in Pretoria?? They first do not send you tracking details for the courier services. I had to phone MULTIPLE times to receive any kind of tracking information, after which I contacted the courier company just to be told that the tracking number does not exist! They updated the status of my order as "complete - with the customer" even though I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. DISHONEST to say the least. Tried every platform I could think of (Whatsapp, Messenger, landline) to bring this issue to their attention, just only to be told that "they will get back to me". Still waiting for the department to contact me with the correct tracking information and it has been 24 hours since they told me "they will get back to me". Ag no guys, this is pathetic customer service to say the least!
