Dishonest online sales

Incredible Connection first off let me start of by saying blaming Covid19 on your online system glitch is rather pathetic.

Last week some time I was looking for a PS4 wireless remote for my sons birthday gift. Incredible connection popped up in my search showing they had PS4 controls on sale for R599, I placed the order and made payment, the payment was successful and I recieved a mail stating all is great here is your tracking number and I will be advised as soon as my item is available at the selected store.

A few days later I received a mail from incredible stating due to Corona Virus they did not realize there was a glitch in there system and therefore cannot honor the sale. But they will gladly give me a 10% instore discount.

let me tell that you 10% discount is rather pathetic and so is your excuse for your so called system glitch. To make matters worse your 0800 number I called tells me I must wait 7 to 14 day for a refund, this is absolute nonsense.

I will continue to buy from Takealot and Loot as they are for more honest when it comes to things like this. And they would honor the so called glitch if they really had 1.
