Dishonest conduct

Absolutely furious with incredible Connection! You would think that during these difficult times companies dealing with consumers would value their brands and do the best to protect their integrity. How then can a company advertise something online, show it has stock, take the order and then cancel the order? Then barely a day later the item is advertised again at the higher price? We have been trying to get this sorted out since May!!!!! Agents make promises they have no intention of keeping. Worst of all this was meant to be a gift for my sons 11th birthday. Well done Increible Connection. Great customer service! Zero accountability. Zero integrity.
