Dishonest approach to business

The branch at the Mall of the South operates with complete dishonesty. 1. Yesterday they sell my daughter a Xbox game without a code... find out today the reason is that they were off line. But suppose to them its still a sale. 2. Today we call them.... get the standard run around and we must come in..... so drive a round journey of 100km. 3. Get there..... sorry they off line since yesterday so they can't help us..... please leave your cell number so we can resolve it teleologicaly. So why did we drive there.... why did they not say they off line and first and foremost why did they sell a product knowing they can't generate a code for it. Nor are they willing to refund as they off line plus it is a game and not willing to refund on games..... NOW ARE WE EXPECTED TO SIMPLE SAY YES PLEASE TREAT US LIKE FOOLS.....
