dishonest

I want to start of by saying that incredible connection is the most dishonest bunch of people. Yesterday 02-04-2019 as saw a add on their website for a brand new Diamond 49-inch(124cm) Ultra HD LED TV - DFG49UHD with a stock number ********** ********** 0718 at a price of R3499. I phoned the N1 City branch but they did not have stock and said i must phone Somerset west because they are showing 1 in stock and 2 in George. Phoned them and it was broken one. I then phoned the customer care line to help me track down a shop that has got stock as the online store did not have any stock. I was advised to buy it online. After doing the registration and proceeding to the check out it took to long for me to put in my banking details and my order was cancelled. It was at that stage that everything went pear shaped. By no means could I get the TV into my basket again. Had to phone the customer service again and was advised to clear by browser history and try again. I did so and went in again to try and buy the TV and suddenly the TV was no longer on the website. Again I had to phone the customer care line to try and resolve the issue. They then changed their story by telling me that they are not selling Diamond TV anymore. A argument with a agent that was not willing to help me or listen to what I was trying to explain left me with a email and that I had to email the complain to them to have a look into it. I took screen shots of every detail and would gladly forward them to anyone. This was my first time ever trying to do business with them and definitely my last.
