Shocking pathetic service took 3 months to approve for finance said couldnt afford after saying I could be and ordering laptop then receiving it and then saying can't afford it so I paid cash yet i apparently cant afford to buy things from them then having the laptop for 5 months and having fsult on charger noe waiting again another 3 months until now cant use laptop as not been replaced nor has chsrger been replaced they just don't care useless pathetic non existent service is a joke DISGUSTED
