Disgusting way I have been treated at Head Office level - Hard Drive crashed and Head Ofiice does not care!!!

Bought a laptop. Faulty. Told store manager and was in and out of store to be fixed on numerous occasions. My IT even sent them a letter stating that the Hard Drive was faulty. After 6 months the Hard Drive crashed. I phoned Esmeralda at Head office - the CEO's PA and at first she tried to help. That was on the 19th September. Store Manager came to fetch my laptop and sent it in to be repaired and that was 6 weeks ago. I cannot get anyone to phone me to give me feedback and even though I have asked on numerous occasions to speak to the CEO - nothing has been done. I keep getting that they will inform me when they have an answer. In the meantime I have lost 25 years of work and there is no urgency and now not even Head Office is returning my call. I will never purchase from them again and I am busy telling everyone what disgusting service I am getting.
