Disgusting service

Please explain to me how your delivery service works every time I call in I get a different answer.

When I demand to speak to a manager i get put on hold for 30min and no one answers the line again:

I last spoke to William Hansie who is just as *********** demanding that I tell him what the reason for my call is.

Louise is apparently his manager but he does not know who her manager is.

I need a call back ASAP
