Disgusting service at Northgate branch

Just as I thought. Worst reviews. I wish I had read them before I went to buy a simple charger. Went to the Northgate branch and wanted a Dell charger. They advised they don't have but I can get a universal charger which is compatible with all brands. Bought it but unfortunately it wasn't compatible with my laptop. Went back to the store only for them to charge me a handling fee of 15% because the box was broken. I had a good mind of disputing this as it was not my fault that I had bought a useless charger for my laptop but I just let it be cause all I wanted was to take the money and buy another charger at another store. A refund which was 90 rands short was processed only for them to tell me that it will take 4days to reflect on my account. Mind you this was my last money I had used and needed to use the laptop the following day. They even had a nerve to say that they have nothing to do with my work when I asked them how I will work without a laptop. Their service is disgusting. Not only did they rob me with handling fee because of misinformation, my time was also wasted and the money I used to come back to the shop was wasted. The money that I'll use to go buy another charger once the refund is in is also a waste. My job compromised and they couldn't careless.They basically just ripped me off. I would never go back again. Not in this life time.
