Disgusting Service at Incredible Connection

My experience with Incredible Connection The Glen was an absolutely ********** one. I went into the store last week Friday (2025/05/02) and filled out a contract for two mobile phones. They apparently had an issue with the system and I was advised by the manager that they would call me back once processing the deals. Needless to say I was never contacted. I had to call them. I made several calls to the store to no avail. I eventually had to go back in person. And they still couldn’t get my applications approved. When I called the service providers they could not pick up any registration on my name. They asked to speak to the agents at the store at Incredible Connection and still couldn’t pick up the registration the agents were advised by the service providers to stop tarnishing their reputation. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE OUT CONTRACTS THROUGH INCREDIBLE CONNECTION THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND TOTALLY ***********. I am patiently awaiting a call from their regional manager Mr K Maharaj.
