Disgusting Service and blatantly disregards the CPA

Disguising customer service received from Incredible Connection. I purchased 3 ink cartridge's from their online store. All 3 received where expired and out of warranty. I contacted them directly. After explaining and supplying photos of the problems to Tebatso Makhukho, the only solution I was offered was for me to drive to the nearest store (a 260km round trip) to return them!! This was an online purchase and you have no option to pick up your defective goods. Complete contravention of the CPA! I am entitled to received goods in good working order and will not be penalized financially for return- according to the CPA. Apparently Incredible Connection is beyond the law in this case!
