Disgusting Service

There is absolutely no service let alone customer service. I have experienced the worst service of all time. Employees at Festival Mall seem not to have been trained at all. Its just horrible, I do not think even the store manager is aware that the staff are totally lost. you phone no one answer the phone send emails no one response
