Disgusting service

Its now two weeks having app**** for a contract phone till to this date we still do not have the phones. I have never seen a disastrous system like the one they are using at the above stipulated company. I would advice they stop selling contract phones to the consumers because its only one person who executes this duty and she just cant cope with the workload thereof. To get a service you wait for hours, buy the time you think you have reached your final destination then you will spent the whole day processing the application and you will the place still with the incomplete application.
