disgusting Service

I app**** for credit online and it got provisionally approved for a certain amount and I should go to the store to finish up my application. With my 3month bank statement Id Ck documents since I'm self employed.

When I got there I was told I need a proof of address and I explained to them how can I have eaten a proof of address of the address Iam staying in now when I just moved to Cape Town but the manager at the Somerset branch specifically told me that I need to have the proof of address of the place I stay in now I mean why do that to customers who wants to buy things why make it so difficulty for us who are always on the move and I had each and every document in store it was very annoing and disappointing and disgusting as he continued to say "it will be declined as you haven't other accounts" but he never check I have always bought at incredible but after what he said I'm really thinking of jumping ship
