Disgusting Service

I would not recommend you to anyone! After placing an order online, being charged the incorrect price and stating that I want a full refund, I am yet to come across someone in the organsisation that will take ownership and accountability to assist me with my refund! I have made several calls to the call center to no avail as I am constantly promised that someone in senior management or management will be in contact to assist with my query!

I intend on taking legal action against the organization as the amiable approach is not working
