Disgusting service

MALL OF AFRICA. Yesterday I walked in incredible connection wanting to spend quiet a large amount of money. I waited around while browsing in the Apple section, even though the Apple Store is in the same mall, I wanted to browse(with intent to buy immediately). Long story short, waited around for almost 20 minutes without 1 sales person around. Ok granted one of the employees was busy with what I am assuming was a display set up. When I eventually got fed up, on my way out I came across a male employee too busy flirting with TWO female employees. When I approached and voiced that their service was not up to par, all I got was a shrug. Keep in mind I wanted to spend a large amount. To give an idea - I was looking to buy a MacBook and iwatch on the spot.
