Disgusting Online Service, Disgusting Support

Worst service from this place, their online service is appalling, I placed an order on the 13th of feb and received the wrong item on the 28th after fighting and calling. Head-office seems to be non-existent as no one actually follow ups or contacts you. its the 6th of March and I didn't receive the replacement but was told its on its way, only to find out I have to go to a store far from where I live to replace it, not one person can tell me what's going on. Dont bother ordering anything from them because you end up having to chase stores, fedex and *********** sales people for weeks.
