DISGUSTING LOW GRADE PRODUCTS AND NO DECENT RETURN POLICY

NEVER GO TO THE N1CITY BRANCH EVER. We bought a projector about a year ago. After a few months it had to go back. They could not fix it so we had to take another one and pay in another R1500. This one lasted a few months and we had to take that one back too. Blaaupunct could not fix it and we were given a store card. If you have the goods for 6 months, although under a years warranty, it is the store policy that you cannot have your money refunded. We had to take another one, but they insisted we pay in another R500 as the price had gone up in the mean time. The lady, who had told us she is the manager, could not help us in this regard as she said the "REAL" manager would only be back after the weekend. So we had no choice but to pay in even more money. Just disgusting!
