Disgusting device

Your stores service is disgusting when one purchases a device and it’s not up to scratch you then sent up and down for a cash refund because your stores don’t have cash, it’s rediculous I was then sent to your rose bank branch and after using my petrol to go up and down and endless calls now I must be charged a handling fee this is disgusting fix your customer service I will never purchase from incredible connection again being insulted and being told this device should of been purchased for my son is a joke honestly
