DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I wish I came onto Hello Peter before I made my purchase! What disgusting service! I ordered headsets on the 28th of November I wanted to do a pick up option instead of have them delivered because of time, however the website did not allow this. When I called in to ask why, they told me that its was because of stock. I told them that the fourways store had stock because I called them- still this was ignored!! I then went on with the delivery option and 6 days later, no delivery! Someone from aramax called me yesterday (03/12) for my address which I did put on the system. This morning a lady from the fourways store called to ask if I received my order! The shocking thing is the courier guys collected the headsets from the fourways store the same store they said they had no stock! To **** me off even further, I am right across from the mall.... but yet I still have not received my order. As I type this, I have been trying to call back the lady at the store since she didn't get back to me like she said she would.

SHAME INCREDIBLE CONNECTION YOU HAVE DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! SIES! NEVER AGAIN!
