Disgusting customer service

Clearly the online shop is as useless as the non-existent customer care. They have no regard for customers whatsoever and are arr very nonchalant. If you don't call to ask for feedback regarding a query, they will not take the initiative to even contact you, mind you at that time whilst withholding your money. Disgusting!
