Absolute disgusting system and service

I purchased 2 items at Incredible Connections Online

Item：1 Purchased 28th Nov 2024, its been now 3 wks. no delivery, no one to update what's going on, emailed customer service, they can do nothing besides tell me what i can see on the online tracking myself,

Item: 2 Purchased 9th Dec, got msg to say delivery will take place on 18th Dec, i asked for courier contact info to follow up, I was told I cannot call them, they will contact me an hour before delivery. I had to wait whole day at home for someone i dont know when will call me. It seems like incredible connections think people dont have jobs or dont need to go work. that customer can sit just at home all way to wait for deliveries. we have no choice of courier company, nor the right to call and follow up. And when considering to do a cancellation, you realize you cant even just go and click cancellation, you have to wait for things to arrive, then lodge cancellation etc.

This is such a disgusting and Pathethic company.
