Disgusted on how rude their technicians are!!

<p>My father is generally a very friendly man, but not so up to date on the latest technology, as he is part of the older generation. We recently bought him a new laptop from Incredible Connection, but had problems setting up all the apps. I suggested he take it to Incredible Connection, as they have technicians onsite who can assit him. The technicians were incredibly rude to him, with an "look-down-on-you attitude", which is an absolute disgrace!! If you work in IT with customers, at least have the decency to be friendly. They have lost a loyal customer today, all because they cannot keep their staff in check. </p>
