DISGUSTED AT POOR SERVICE

But I am disatisfied with your service and products. I bought that tablet online and it only worked for a few days after delivery. I took it to Incredible connection in Century city only to be advised that the tablet is completely dead and can't be restored nor can it be replaced. Apparently, many other customers/users have been experiencing the same issue! I'll have you know that my assignement ( that's due btw) was on that tablet ... and now I have to start over to make the dead line. As you can tell I am extremely upset and stressed out ... However, it's been nearly a month and I haven't received my money back for the tablet which I handed in at the Century City branch on the 17th June 2020!

Pathetic!

I will definitely not be referring any of your products to anyone.
