Disasterous Service from Incredible Connection

I am so flabbergasted by the lack of service I have received from Incredible Connection. I ordered a tablet online from them and paid - all fine so far. Then I waited the 3 to 5 working days for delivery. Nothing. I phone them the following week only to find out that someone had not done their job and that my package had not even moved out of the warehouse. Okay, eventually sorted. Finally, we get the tablet. It was a combined gift to my in-laws for their birthdays. My mother-in-law tries to set it up and it can't connect to the Internet - at all! Then I see a notice that was included in the box that it may not connect to some ****les. However, we were trying to connect to ADSL. (Also tried a ****le, which didn't work either.) Sent an email within 24 hours of delivery. No reply - at all. Phoned the customer care line - no answer. Left a message after many tries. I was in a meeting when I saw someone was trying to phone my back - not even sure if it was Incredible Connection. Nothing since then. Tried to phone them again just now - no answer. This gift to my in-laws has turned out to be a disaster!
