Disappointing service

Absolutely pathetic service.walked in to purchase a laptop from the pavilion branch and there were 5 staff in front of the shop playing games I assume.not one person greeted or offered any assistance. Honestly poor service compared to the branch in Gateway which is the absolute opposite
