Disappointing Service by Incredible Connection Online

Incredible Connection Online is shocking. They are quick to accept purchase but slow in service. I purchased a Digital Voucher on the Online Store which was supposed to be sent to me immediately. I have not received it as yet. I am constantly contacting their support team on every channel possible to me and all I am getting is : "The problem is being escalated". Incredible Connection - I do not want your whole department to know about my issue with your online store. I would like One Person just to take the problem and sort it out and not just fob it off onto another person who also just escalates it. You have my money now give me my product.
