Naturally, I reached out for help, thinking they’d handle it quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, their response was far from supportive – they informed me that I’d have to wait a staggering 21 working days for repairs. That’s almost a month without a device I rely on daily!

This return policy feels outdated and completely inconvenient, showing zero regard for customer experience. I’m left without a laptop I only just bought, and it’s been a huge hassle trying to work around it.
