Disappointing purchase and overall experience

Recently purchased a desk online with Incredible connection, the desk arrived scratched, scuffed and not even standing straight, looked second hand. Three weeks later I am still trying to get them to replace the desk, I am constantly having to phone to follow up on the return, but seemingly to no avail, this will definitely be my last purchase with them.
