Disappointing online shopping experience

Such bad service. I do online shopping l the time but this sort of service is so disappointing. I ordered my laptop on the Thursday 15th October. Today is Thursday 15th October, parcel first said ready for picking for a number of days. Now parcel says delivered in 2015. I can't reset my password and customer care center logged a complaint but no response yet from anyone, not even email to acknowledge complaint.

This sort of service will discourage online purchases.
