Disappointed in Incredible Connection

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Incredible Connection Vaal Mall in Vanderbijlpark. I really think if you work at a place like this, you definitely need to know the specs of the products you are selling to customers. I asked them to show me a laptop that is best for rendering, they sold me the HP 15s R5 752OU 16 512 11 on 22/04/2025 for R10 999.00.

WHAT A BIG MISTAKE!

On 26/06/2025 I went back and had to buy a new laptop, the ASUS TUF R5 7535HS 8 ***, for exactly the same amount (R10 999.00). THIS is the correct laptop for rendering!

Now my business can only use one laptop for rendering. This is very upsetting! I am really so disappointed, as I can't use the laptop for what it was intended for, AFTER they assured me that this was the best laptop to use in my price range!
