Disappointed Customer

I have experienced extremely disappointing service from Incredible Connection Menlyn. They do not answer their switchboard and the technical team does not answer their phones either. I have been without a laptop for almost 3 weeks. No-one even phones me back with a progress report. My Dell laptop is still under a 3 year guarantee but they do not care about the consumer.
