Disappointed by Misleading Promotion and Failed Payment System

I recently tried several times to take advantage of Incredible Connection’s advertised R2000 discount on a MacBook Air. After going through the entire online purchase process—including bank approval and OTP verification—I was shocked to receive a "payment unsuccessful" message at the very end.

Let me be clear: my online banking limit is well within range, and there were more than enough funds available. The issue is clearly not on my bank’s side.

It’s incredibly frustrating (pun intended) to go through a lengthy process, only for the payment to fail for no valid reason. What's the point of promoting discounts and pushing customers to buy online if your system can’t process the payment properly?

I feel misled and let down. I hope Incredible Connection addresses these glitches and stops advertising deals they can’t seem to deliver on.
