Disappointed

I am disappointed. The Apple iPhone 14 came out, and like any sensible buyer, I weighed up my options. I could buy on Takealot.com and earn eBucks, buy from iStore and get their iCare guarantee, or buy from Incredible Connection and get their Buy and Get Voucher. I chose Incredible Connection, but before doing so, I called one of their stores to enquire how long the promotion with the vouchers would last. I was told that the promotion would go on until the end of October, so when I had the opportunity to buy, I immediately bought the phone from them. I registered the purchase of my device under their Buy and Get promotion, and today I got an email saying that my purchase doesn't qualify. I would understand if I didn't ask anyone and had made assumptions on my own, but being the conscientious buyer that I am, I did my due diligence. I am severely disappointed.
