Disappointed

To whoever it concerns... I would just like to give a small insight of how 1 of the best I.T companies is going down the drain, n like literally they are. Look at 2009 for example when you walk into the store, you greeted with smile, energetic vib and laughter as well as great service and that was perfect until like 2016/17. However when you walk PASS or into an IC store, it is so dull and sad. The main reason i used to buy from incredible Connection was because of their awesome service however their isn’t any such nowdays.... alot of new faces(staff) not sure what is happening internally but hope the people see what it is doing EXTERNALLY.
