Did not receive all items with product purchase

I Bought a Lenovo Tablet on Friday at the Incredible Connection branch in Middelburg Mpumalanga as it shows on the website you get the Tablet with Samsonite Case & JBL earphones , so the sales assistant give me the tablet and told me I must pay for it by the counter and he also told me the price is reduced to R1499.00 and the case and earphones is included , we got to the counter paid and they put everything in the bag and we left, just to get home and no case or earphones was in the bag, I called the branch manager today 21/7/2015 and told her I want my case and earphones and she told me the sales consultant told me wrong and the case and earphones is not included in the model i took but the model is the same as I saw on their website and I told him I want the combo deal. So she told me if I want to get my earphones and case I must pay R100.00 in as the one that I wanted is R1599.00.<br> <br> Regarding to me if the sales assistant told you the price is reduced and that it is included you must receive it.<br> <br> Hopefully I will get some assistance regarding this post.
